PREGNANCY CARE AND DELIVERY
Mr Kunde has regular antenatal clinics at the
Lansdell Suite which is the private wing within the maternity
department at St Thomas’ Hospital where he delivers most of his patients.
Mr Kunde also has practising privileges at
The Portland Hospital
and therefore women have the choice of having their pregnancy care and
delivery at the Portland if they so wish.
Mr Kunde is a member of the high risk pregnancy team at St Thomas’ and
specialises in the care of women with twins, previous caesarean section
and pregnancies resulting from fertility treatments. Mr Kunde works very
closely with his medical colleagues and is able to provide care for women
with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure
and other medical problems which require the care of two specialists. He
is also an experienced gynaecological surgeon with vast experience in
vaginal surgery. This knowledge gives him an insight into care of the
pelvic floor in pregnancy and childbirth.
Mr Kunde provides a comprehensive and affordable pregnancy and delivery
care package and is able to offer flexibility that some women need in
their pregnancy.
Mr Kunde is also able to provide care in pregnancy and childbirth to
overseas patients. However special arrangements are needed for overseas
patients to register with the
Lansdell Suite.
